If you are in need of anything photo related Biggs Camera is the only place in Charlotte to go. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Best of all they are willing to help you any way they they can. On one occasion I needed a battery charger because I had misplaced mine and I had a photo shoot the next day. Even though they were out of stock of ones they could sell one of the staff (his name escapes me but he's the tall dark curly haired one) gladly loaned me a store charger for the day. He was a real lifesaver and as far as I am concerned he and the folks at Biggs will get all of my business. Biggs Camera is BEST around bar none!!!





If you're looking for customer service, forget about finding it there. I've shopped at Biggs over the past few years and have the tendency to run into the same rude associate. I've complained about him and his attitude quite a few times. He is supposed to be there to help you, but he is not and unfortunately, the store management does not see him as a liability and chooses to keep him on staff, no matter how far he goes with expressing his attitude towards customers that may have questions or are seeking some good advise on equipment and basic photography stuff. So don't shop at Biggs Camera. I'm a firm believer that you pay for what you get...and if you're like me and are looking to get customer service with a smile instead of a slick tongue, give your money to another photo shop, because you're likely to receive the slick tongue there.
I COMPLETELY DISAGREE!!! I have shopped at Biggs Camera for many years and have never had a problem with customer service. From camera advice from the sales staff to the best restorations I have ever had done I think the entire staff at Biggs is top notch!!!
I'm glad you've had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, that has not been my story and has not been the story of several others I've spoken with. it only takes one. I've shopped there on several occassions (in the past) and it's the same guy that I've had to deal with. He's rude, make rude comments that are unnecessary and unfriendly, does not offer any customer service and basically acts as if he doesn't even want to work there. They are not all like that, but like I previously said, it only takes one to spoil the bunch. I hope you continue to have a wonderful experience working with them. I just know that being I haven't had that yet and I've HAD to work with him more than 3 times, I have no intentions of giving them any more of my $$$$. Real simple!
