Provides key administrative and client support for the sales effort, allowing the sales personnel to concentrate on finding, attracting and maintaining customers.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Interfaces on a professional level with dynamic clients in an exciting production atmosphere.
Will assist with customer events and services within the facility and on location.
Must contribute to a healthy work environment, where all employees are challenged to increase their skill levels.
Must be a star performer on the Sales Team.
Contributes to the formulation of marketing tools under the direction of the President, Vice President of Sales and others, as designated.
Offers suggestions as to marketing tools and products.
Responsible for the creation of marketing tools by monitoring the manufacturing process and meeting deadlines.
Effectively communicates project progress and status to supervisors and associates.
Collects marketing materials, boxes and mails marketing packages in an orderly fashion.
Maintains an accurate inventory of marketing materials and alerts supervisor of critical shortages.
Composes error-free written communications.
Creates, maintains and revises computer based mailing lists.
Formulates reports and complies data as directed.
Work schedule will normally range from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, will be expected to work longer than eight (8) hours, vary days worked, change hours and on the weekend.
Must be willing to master new skills.
Facilitates sales when necessary.
May be assigned projects, which enhance sales staff efficiency and require client or project oversight.
Maintains office supply inventory, orders and restocks as necessary.
Generates, reviews for accuracy and submits accurate expense reports, as needed.
Answers phones, takes messages, routes calls to appropriate staff members, expedites communication by effective interaction with customers, supervisors and associates.
Professional office environment dress is required.
Will work as a receptionist when needed.
Will provide Client Craft services including but not limited to purchasing, transporting, storing, composing pleasing presentation of food, locating and negotiating with vendors, billing, meeting with clients and meeting the client’s needs.
Will insure the on-time delivery of services and products.
Will be on-call at odd hours to resolve problems.
Must demonstrate initiative and be proactive in all areas of responsibility and related functions.
Will perform additional duties as necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be highly skilled in the organization and distribution of marketing materials using computer programs such as Microsoft Publisher, Front Page, Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
Must be skilled at customer care.
Must be highly organized, able to take direction and succeed with little direction.
Must have excellent spelling and grammar skills.
Must be able to carry and lift packages of twenty (20) pounds into and out of vehicles.
